ByLaws Proposed Amendments

The MBAC Board would like to propose an important update to our bylaws: extending Executive Board terms from one year to two years.

Why the change?

This change is designed to give our leadership more time to serve effectively, follow through on priorities, and create stronger results for our association.

Key Benefits & Why It Matters!

  1. Time to complete initiatives.

  2. Improves team collaboration & to build stronger relationships.

  3. Supports membership growth and long-term success.

Closing Impact & Call to Action

By moving to a two-year term, we create more stability, stronger leadership, and better outcomes for our organization. This change helps our board think long-term, act strategically, and deliver meaningful results.
