Professional education for our members is a major focus of MBAC.  During the year we offer a variety of conferences including Residential Single-Family, Loan Administration and Income Property.  Seminars are conducted annually with government agencies, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.  Recent workshops have included such topics as direct endorsement training, conventional underwriting, regulatory compliance and customer service.

                 e-Ticket Education - a One Stop Shop

MBAC is now offering a variety of online continuing education and professional development courses through one product:  an e-Ticket.  You pay one low fee for an e-Ticket subscription, and in return, you have access to over 40 web-based training courses.  Courses include basics like Mortgage Banking Primer to specialized topics such as Fraud Detection and Deterrence.  Continuing Education Credits (CE) can also be satisfied through many of these courses.  Click below to download more information.
